I'm a 20-something-year-old Filipino-American creator born and raised in a tiny town in

I was in middle school when I first found out about this new website called YouTube.

What I initially considered an online hidden gem where homemade videos could keep me entertained after school quickly became an outlet to express myself…

When I was young,

my parents never put me in sports and I was very so-so in school. But one thing that came to me naturally was this knack for becoming absolutely obsessed with something and learning how to do it asap.

creating is all i know.

sometimes i feel as if i was born on a specific time in a specific place for a specific reason.

Up until today, that knack never left.
It's in my blood.

Growing up 45 minutes away from the city left me stuck at home a lot.

So since the age of 12,

it was just me, my dad's old miniDV camcorder, Windows Movie Maker, YouTube University and a dream.

There was no AI. No CapCut. No Canva. The only people with editing software were people that made a living off of filmmaking already. But I was determined.

I'd be lying if I said I was teased for my videos at school. I actually had a lot of support from students and even my teachers. Not that they were brilliantly comedic or professionally edited by any means. But because it was just… different.

Different, consistent, and just… a hobby?

For almost the last two decades I've sharpened by blade for digital creation;
from long-form videos to graphic design, and even running an audio engineering business to supplement my music career endeavors.

Filming. Editing. Copywriting. Scripting. Social Media Marketing. Branding. Paid ads.

All the skills I developed for years, purely for myself and my constant need for perfectionism… whatever that means.

Somewhere along the way, I noticed the whole world caught up to what I was told was just a hobby and turned it into a $300 billion industry.

Since then, everything single project I've laid my hands on has been a representation of myself and my journey.
